I've been looking for something that can truly help me get going in the gym. I tried Carnage - it's a great source of energy and gets you going after a long day at the office without the extremely high caffeine and crash. Really enjoy it and highly recommend!

I can definitely say that i FEEL different in a bad way when im out of these for a few days. For example when i forget to order another bottle, i can tell a difference in my mood, sleep, and energy levels. To me that is pretty practical evidence that they are doing something positive for me! I will keep buying simply for the overall better feeling when im on them. I think the dosing is pretty conservative which is good, not getting double the daily dose of anything leaves room to still get nutrients from your food. 3 pills may sound like a lot too but they are small enough to go down without a fight. I definitely recommend giving these a try if you struggle with energy levels or mood during heavy training. I run, do bjj, and lift depending on the day of the week so ive got to have all the micronutrients i can get!

Taste good and don’t get a crazy itch in the face. I add a little Himalayan pink salt to it for great pumps
Honestly thought this would taste horrible but after the first scoop I was in love with the taste. My youngest daughter is super picky and she loves it also but I hate sharing
One of the best overall pre workouts I have ever used. Energy, focus, and pump are equally high unlike some other pre i have used that it feels like they sacrifice one for the other.
Genuinely one of the best pre workouts I’ve ever used. I have tried around 20 pre workouts and this pre has blown the rest out of the water. I had an insane pump and the focus I experienced was unmatched. If I could do more than 5 stars I would.
