SHIPPING POLICY

Supplements can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States, Canada, as well as overseas APO/FPO military addresses.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:

  • We ship Monday through Saturday, 9am-4pm CST, excluding holidays.

  • UPS deliveries occur Monday-Friday and USPS deliveries occur Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.

  • UPS does NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped unless flat rate shipping is available.

  • Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.

  • Orders are shipped as quickly as possible, and in most cases, go out within 1-2 business days after the order is placed.

  • Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

  • Out of state shipments will not be charged sales tax. All orders shipped to Tennessee addresses will be charged 9.75% sales tax.

  • International shipping costs are listed are in USD.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time the order was placed. Please allow 1 business day for the carrier to update the tracking information.

RETURN POLICY

(minus shipping costs).

If you request a refund, it will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to within 7 business days after the product has been received by NutriFitt. It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund.
